On January 25, 2000 FirstWorld acquired the Internet
Service Provider (ISP) assets of Dallas/Fort Worth based
FastLane Communications (read the press
release here). While
FastLane customers will experience no interruption or
changes in service, FirstWorld does recommend that you reset
your bookmarks, as we have made some changes to the old
FastLane Web site.
We
are now offering FirstWorld services in Dallas/Fort Worth
for all of your Internet needs.
In addition, as we move forward integrating FastLane
into FirstWorld, we will be making several upgrades to the
existing platform and services.
We will soon be able to offer the entire FirstWorld
suite including, e-commerce, Internet Data Center services,
and managed services.
